אני באמת לא מבין למה לא נמאס לכם לדבר על זה. כמה אפשר לחפור על אותו נושא... יש אנשים ששכנעתם (ויש כאלו ששכנעתם יותר מדי) ויש כאלו שלא ולא תצליחו לשכנע.

שחברים שלי לא מקשיבים לי בנושאי אימונים / תזונה וכו' ואני רואה שאני מדבר לקיר - אני מפסיק, זה חוסך לי הרבה עצבים ואנרגיות. אני ממליץ בחום לאמץ את הגישה.

they NEED everyone to beleive what they do because because theyre really just trying to validate it to themselves, people who truly beleive what theyre doing is right dont ever feel the need to convince anyone of anything unless theyre REALLY trying to help.

but for them its not about helping, its about some fucken holy war where everyone has to convert to theyre cause, and it all stems from insecurity
