שאלי את מארק ריפטו זאת התשובה: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A big arch in your back on the bench press doesn't hurt your back because it's not loaded in compression. But on the press it is, and if your lumbar is overextended your abs are not doing their job of stabilizing your back. __________________ זאת השאלה: i have a question about bench press and standing press. when i bench press my feet is on the floor and my lower back hyper extending. does it hurt my lower back? or this is fine? i thought to put my legs on a box so my lower back will be flat. about the standing press, in the heavy sets i am using my hips to gain momentum and by doing that my back is hyper extending. again does it hurt my lower back? |
