About The Weights?(thats Kind Of Stupid To Ask Someone Dont You Think?)-as Far As My Form -text Book!(thats The #1 Thing For Me In My Workouts)-i Tore My Left Pec 2.5 Years Ago On A Decline Barbell Bench-press(did 220kg.. And As I Lowered It I Heard A Ripping Sound And Weight Just Dropped On Me)-wasnt A Very Pleasant Experience But I Learned,and Learned The Hard Way Unfortunatly.i Was Getting Ready To Do My First Bodybuilding Show(and It Happened When I Was 5-weeks Out Before The Show(i Think I Was Getting Too Dry-thats Why!),anyway As Far As For How Long Ive Been In Bodybuilding-i Would Say 14-years Now.(i Did Workout When I Was In The Military(in The Airforce-israel Ofcourse!!) But I Was Just Maintaining.
