that training mixed with crazy ass crossfit training
so i get enough volume in the overall off the week,
lost for now 6-7 kg in 5.5 weeks
and add a bit in the working weights
and i belive that in the lower body its enough volume only with the normal prog
even without the crossfit,
yesterday train for example
dead lift

5 * 140
5 * 160
3 * 180

standing press

3*3 72.5
so volume for the legs and lower back is crazyy
by the way, i asked the q to hear so advice how to change it,
