אני חושב שab 3 פעמים בשבוע זה אופטימאלי למתחיל
SS גם טוב אם יודעים לעשות וויסות אינטסנסיביות, הבעיה שהרוב לא עושים את זה ומתאמנים כבד כל השבוע, חלק מלמה אני לא אוהב ss
