dont train on 1rm.
U be better off doing 2-3 at the last set if u really want
but i think u should keep it at 3-5 if training for strength and power
dont forge not to train to failure
and u prob wanna do 5 sets on the main lifts
so that is 5 sets on : Bench, bent over, squat and dead
the rest 3-4 sets is enough

You have to be mentally prepared or you will not make it. Pain and fear will be there with you, tempting you to stop, telling you to give up.
