the first thing you need to understand is dont feel bad about eating junk,because it will become a cycle of eating crap and then doing cardio for2-hours the next day to burn the calories,so you dont want to develop an eating disorder.now,the second thing,if you are on a low carb diet for a while-then once a week of splurging with sugar will not kill you-just dont over eat.you need to incoperate some fiber in your diet to keep you a little full and to cut the cravings for those carbs.just try not to eat any carbs at night.
