ME Upper Body 
A. Barbell bench press. 65KG, 3rd rep FAILED. 62.5KG, 3rd FAILED. Failed probably deu to a too large volume. 
B. Flat DB bench press. 17.5KG each. First set 13 reps second 12. 
C. DB rows/rear delt flyes. 24KG dumbell for DB rows. 4KG each dumbell for rear delt flyes. 4 supersets of 12 reps for the two exercises for all the sets. 
D. Dumbell shrugs. 20KG dumbells. 4 sets of 15 reps.
