I understand this is not the normal way you know of training, but he has been doing and modifying this program for the last 10 years. I have yet to come across anyone who gave this program 110% and at least 2 months and not showed any gains. This program is not for everyone, it is for the more advanced trainees who has come to a halt in gains, I know many of beginners who use this program but needed to know your body very well is key with this program die to walking a very fine line of overtraining. We eat mass amounts of protein and train 3 times a week at 15 exercises for the whole week. I have a client now that I have been helping for 10 months and he is up 61 lbs, yes he is young 18, and any program he would have stuck with he would make gains, but this many lbs inside one year with no BF change...
