Why u cycle once per 10 days? tryed Lyle Mcdonland ketogenic diet? what about Mauro's Pasqule diet where you low carb diet 5 days week and in the weekend you fuel up?

Btw dont recommend running after weight training, before is better but eat something sugar-wise after you run.
I tryed both ketogenic and anabolic diet- and damn they were hard- depression hit every few days.
