Bad workout!
Squat - on the third set I hit one of the iron fail-safe(how it calls?) and it cause me to fail. third strike - so reset, back 10kg.. =\
Bench - good to be back to normal bench, the only thing that kept me from doing full 3x5 is that i didnt had a spotter on the first set..
Deadlift - Poor. was no point to do the fifth rep with this
