the only reason for me to loose weight is "abs" or what most of the people train to..
and its no really intersting, i'm not fat, i'm lets say full, and big..
my goals for now are strength goal, and there is no reason for me to loose weight,
i'm really flexible (1-2 a week 40 minutes of stretching)
and i'm in shape (in rest hb 52 on 171cm 100.4 kg this week)
so fuck it, i'm giving a really good fight to people who weigh 70 kg in sprints
and all those stuff
and of course to the strong people in weights..
i train most weeks 1 crossfit 2-3 power 2-3 sprints / aerobic
(no including the crossfit the mixes all)
and fuck it number 2

how many people you have seen with abbs?
how many people you have seen that lift 300 kg?
now thats a real goal
