Notes
Excellent workout.
Squat - heavy, but felt stronggg. Also I didnt past parallel twice. In other note, F**king PR - 80kg here I come.
Bench with db - very heavy, not to worry about that since its not bench press plus now theres no were to go (30kg db is the maximum here)
Deadlift - better, I am improving, first set felt very good(and some what easy). If you have notes on my dl please share!
