the abs work doesn't metter
there is no point in doing more the 3X12 2-3 times a weeks
the best thing is to sign up in a gym or at list
to run out side and stop in place where u can do
pull ups (or if u can't so jump assisted pull ups
and push ups
and a little big of bw squats..
2-3 train a week for the first 1-2 months will b ok
just remember that in a diet the menu is 60-70 % and not the sports
at list not in the shape your body is now..
