the builder weights i guess 20-40 kg more then the other guy,
and not all the weight is in the biceps and upper back and lat
so it doesn't means that he supposed to be better them the slim
i'm now about 99-100 kg
and i did last train 3*5 with 15 kg on me
i can do about 10 with bw
but another guy in my gym that weights 60 kg can do 40-50 bw pull ups
that just means that he should do 3*5 with around 30-40 kg on him if we we're at the same strength
