i don't get y there is a "big fight"
between those to in this forum
y can't b a grey area, with people like me?
i like to life heavy, and to be big, and every while and then to cut a little bit
whats wrong in that?
after u get X mass of muscles and u r combining
basic power lifting drills + 3-6 sets to biceps / triceps
and 15-10 minutes of aerobic each day
u can be very strong, big, fucking massive beefcake and still not b over 13-14 BF
whats the big fucking problem in that?
thast my goal, to be 95-100 KG on 170-172 cm with 13-14 BF
thats biggg thats huge!! u have veins on the fingersss
and u look massive
and u can lift 3259059 deadlift / bench / squat / press
