and if ur a trainer in the gym that helps cut of all the bullshit

except when a skinny asshole tells some one while u train
that all this things hurt the back
and as a trainer u can't tell him to go fuck him self..
the only thing i will say about the general argue here is,
that all of "this" programs are good
not nececery ss, i belive that u can start even with madcow or texas
ofcourse after 3-4 months of any training and getting
to so minimal weights so the body will know how to handle this presuers
shortly, it depends u can build a AB that will b similar to SS
u people look at AB like the ab that the stupid trainers build
i can give some one (as i do for some who don't listen in the gym and want ab and not ss)

triceps extention - overhead

dummbel / high pully pullover

tell him to train

work 5-8 reps 3-4 sets
and every time he finishes with the current weight
to put on more 2.5-5 KG in tottal the next train
and it will get good resulets..
and he will be happy cuz he has bicpes curls on his prog!

its all depends on the person and what does he do with his time..
