עוד כמה שבועות מסיים חיטוב לאחר מכן מסה ואז חיטובון לקיץ,התחלתי במשקל של 100 קילו בצבא(שתי תמונות ראשונות)אחר כך קצת ירדתי ותוך כמה חודשים ארוכים הגעתי למשקל של 80 קילו אך השאיפה היא 75.(אל תתייחסו למשקפיים אני אוהב להצטלם איתם)
