Swimming + Cafein
 

Im sorry im writing in english but my hebrew is not working right now so ill write it in a very simple way.
(Answer in hebrew)


First, Im now in "Hituv" and i wanted to know if Swimming can replace running.

Second because i use Afedrin i need cafein, but for some reasons i cant get nes caffee so all i have is TEA, (Earl dray) so i wanted to know how do i make my tea to have enough Cafein for my 25 m''g Efedrin.
