Dont know if they have it in israel but all i have to say that it works GREAT after a workout, with some whey-protein,for those of you that are not familiar with it,its a big hit over here in the us,basicly its a very fast absorbing complex carb(faster than dextrose) and when taken after a workout it will push nutrients and protein very quick to the muscle,if you have it-get it!(its cheap too)
