thanks for your comment bro,been working out since i was 18(i was maintaining when i was in the air force.....jobnick...lol...and the nseriously since i moved here,i remember all the good old guys(Max shamaya,Eyal Sarid,Shmulik Sade....this is actualy my first show,since i had a surgery to repair my left pec,i tore it 4.5 years ago doing decline barbel bench,its all good now.

Thanks man,been in bodybuilding for a while now,its going to be my first show ever,i was gonna do one 4-years ago,but got injured and tore my pec 5-weeks out from the show,had to get a surgery its all good now brother.i workout out at a gym called Urban-active,it used to be a Golds-gym,but the company bought it and changed the name,You will be surprised to know that Golds gyms here in the us are being bought(just the name)-by private company's .
Im in Louisville Kentucky,been here for 3-years now,i moved here from Chicago after living there for almost 10-years for a job down here at a hospital,i do cardiac(heart) ultrasound,love my job brother.
As far as me turning pro,not in this life time man,there is a very strong competition here,plus its my first show which is a National qualifier-so we'll just have to wait and see.

הבנאדם נראה מטורף אבל בארץ אנשים עדיין לא מבינים עד כמה הרמה בארה"ב ובכלל בשאר העולם היא אדירה. בשביל לקבל כרטיס פרו צריך להיות באמת באמת מזן נדיר. יש אנשים כמו זאק קן למשל מאנגליה שהוא נראה כמו גרסה יותר גדולה של קויין לברוני ועדיין אין לו פרו.
